Buffering / Freezing
From time to time you might experience some minimal glitches, but not very often (if even at all).

If you are experiencing constant buffering or freezing on only one or two channels, it is possible there is an issue with that channel itself.  If this is the case, please feel free to reach out and report that channel to us.

However, if you are seeing buffering/freezing on most or all channels there are some steps you should do first to try and see if it is something you can fix on your end.

1) Maintenance
Whether a Firestick or Android box, the first step is to do your regular maintenance. This should be done at least once per week.
Settings - Apps - Select the App in question - Force Stop - Clear Cache - Restart the device

2) Speed Test
If the first step doesn't work, the next thing to do would be is a speed test
Go to www.Fast.com and wait for the test to finish, you will see a solid black number.  If the number is under 30 mbps this is most likely your issue, you will need to troubleshoot your internet connection as this is too slow to run smoothly.

3) VPN
If you are using a VPN, try it with the VPN turned off.
If you are not using a VPN, try it with one.  You can get free VPNs if you search them.
